Kevo canyon is our bravest natural attraction. You can experience it by hiking the 63-kilometer hiking trail that runs along the bottom and edge of the gorge valley. You can ski in the gorge area of the nature park on October 16. - 31.3. and hike on 15.6. - 15.10. on marked paths. You can ski in the fell area on 16.10. - 30.4. and go hiking on 1.5. - 15.10. on marked paths. You can hike from Sulaojna to Kuiv all year round, but the 86-kilometer ring route through the gorge area is only open on June 15. from Our updated map shows the Paistunturi wilderness area in its entirety and, as requested by paddlers, from Tenojoki's Karigasniemi to Utsjoki's branch and from Utsjoki's Kenesjärvi to Tenojoki's junction. Kayaking on Kevojoki is prohibited because it is part of the nature park.
