In cooperation with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, installment payment, credit card payment, and direct payment.
Our invoices are sent via email when the order is shipped. The invoice has a payment term of 14 days. Invoices to businesses are sent by post to the specified billing address and have a payment term of 30 days.

When will I receive my order?
The products available for purchase on our website are in stock. However, we reserve the right for items to sell out. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 (noon) are normally shipped the same day. Downloadable products are immediately available in our app after purchase.
Delays and Partial Deliveries
We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible, but delays may occasionally occur. Therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date and always reserve the right for potential delays. If a book or map cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you via email.
Shipping
We use PostNord, DHL or UPS for shipping. Your book or map is typically sent directly to your mailbox. Larger deliveries are shipped as parcels to your nearest pickup point. The shipping cost is specified at checkout.
Package Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your shipment from us to you.
How long will the parcel remain at the pickup location?
Delivery with PostNord: 14 days.
If you do not pick up your parcel in time, it will be automatically returned to us. Please note that your invoice is due 14 days after we have shipped the order, regardless of whether you have picked it up or not. For business customers, the invoice is due after 30 days.

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU standards. If you return an unused item with any associated labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded. If the quality of the product has been affected due to excessive handling, a deduction corresponding to the depreciation in value will be made.
Return Costs
We do not charge a return fee, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost according to the current postal rates.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
You are welcome to reuse the original packaging when returning the product. If that is not possible, any other suitable packaging is acceptable. It is important that the return is well-packaged and that you include the packing slip or other information containing the order number and your customer details. If this information is missing, we will not be able to identify the return.

What Happens with the Invoice/Payment When I Return an Item?
If you chose to pay by invoice, it’s important that you postpone the due date. This can easily be done at Klarna.com.
Once we receive your return, the amount for the returned items will be credited, and Klarna will send you an updated invoice via email. If the order has already been paid, Klarna will contact you with a refund within 14 days.
If you are a business customer and have returned an item, you should pay your invoice as usual. Once we have received your return, Klarna will issue a credit invoice. You can apply the credit invoice via your payment file or inform Klarna which invoice to offset the credit against.
Exchanges
At Calazo, we do not handle exchanges, but you have a full right of return for 14 days. To exchange your book for another, please return the item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable products, as they cannot be returned due to their nature. It also does not apply to defective or incorrect items, as these are considered complaints instead.
Calazo uses the personal data you provide during purchase in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We use the information for purposes such as invoicing and delivery. We do not sell your information to third parties. Klarna, which handles payments, has its own terms which you can read about on their website.
If you have purchased a book or map from our shop, you may receive information from us at the email address you provided. You can easily unsubscribe from these emails using the link at the bottom of the message. You may also unsubscribe by emailing us at info@calazo.se and requesting the removal of your email address.
You can contact us at any time to have your personal data removed from our customer records. The easiest way to do this is to email us at info@calazo.se.
