How to make a return

If you wish to make return, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receiving the delivery.

Please feel free to reuse the packaging in which the product arrived when making your return. Pack the return securely and include the delivery note or other information showing your order number and customer details. If that information is missing, we will not be able to verify that the return came from you. You are responsible for the cost of return postage according to the current postal rates, and should send your return to the following address:

What happens to the invoice/payment when I make a return?

If you have chosen to pay by invoice, you can easily register you return at klarna.com. When we have received the return, the amount for the goods you have returned will be credited and Klarna will send you an updated invoice via email. If the order has been paid, Klarna will contact you for a refund within 14 days. If you are trading as a company and you have sent a return, you should pay your invoice as usual. When we have received the return, Klarna will send you a credit invoice. You can use the credit invoice either via payment file or notify Klarna which invoice you want to settle the amount against.

Right of exchange

At Calazo we do not administer any exchanges but you have a full right of return for 14 days. To exchange your book for another, return it according to our return conditions and then order the book you want instead.

The right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to downloadable products as they cannot be returned due to their nature. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to defective or incorrect goods as it is then a claim.
